1. Infrastructure Deployment & Scope
AsoA provides Full-Cycle AI Voice Architecture for elite real estate teams. This agreement governs the deployment of our proprietary infrastructure, consisting of the 1.5-Second Outbound Strike and the 24/7 Live-Memory Inbound Concierge. We do not provide virtual assistants or human labor; we deploy autonomous software ecosystems.
2. Financial Commitments & Capitalization
- The Hard Gate: Zero engineering or architectural build-out commences until the initial capital setup fee clears.
- Retainer Activation: The monthly compute and maintenance retainer billing begins on Day 7 of the Deployment SLA, marking the system's live handoff.
- Refund Policy: Due to the proprietary nature of our custom-trained voice cloning and API routing, all setup fees and compute retainers are strictly non-refundable.
3. The 7-Day Deployment SLA
AsoA operates on a strict, 168-hour asynchronous deployment model.
- Day 1: Capital capture via secure Payoneer link and generation of the Deployment Blueprint.
- Day 2: Secure onboarding via Tally intake form to collect API keys and brokerage rules.
- Day 3-4: Backend mapping and web-hook integration via Make.com to trigger outbound calls and catch inbound calls.
- Day 5: Custom Voice Build in Vapi, cloning the master prompt and selecting LLM fallbacks.
- Day 6: Internal hostile stress testing to verify zero double-booking and CRM upsert functionality.
- Day 7: Live handoff to the Client, providing the dedicated AsoA Inbound Number.
4. Client Responsibilities & API Access
The Client must provide AsoA with secure API access to their designated CRM (e.g., Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel) and live Google Calendar links. Failure to provide correct API keys will pause the 7-Day Deployment SLA. The Client agrees that AsoA operates in the dark; the Client will exclusively manage their leads via their own CRM and Calendar.
5. Telecom & Regulatory Compliance (TCPA)
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all web leads routed to AsoA's 1.5-Second Outbound Strike have provided explicit, legally compliant consent to be contacted via automated voice systems. AsoA provides the physics and the infrastructure; the Client guarantees the legality of their top-of-funnel ad data.
6. The Ejection Protocol
AsoA’s AI is a front-end qualification net, not a closing agent. The AI is strictly programmed to trigger an "Ejection Protocol" and terminate the call gracefully immediately after the second qualifying question or if a prospect asks a complex pricing question. AsoA holds no liability for lost commissions resulting from prospect behavior during or after this protocol.
7. Joint Venture & Partner Network
Partners operating under the AsoA JV Alliance Network are bound by strict attribution tracking. Partner payouts of $1,000 upfront and a $250/month recurring drip for 12 months are disbursed only after the referred Client's capital has fully cleared and the 7-Day SLA is initiated.
