AsoA ("we," "our," or "us") engineers high-security, autonomous voice pipelines for enterprise real estate brokerages. This Privacy Policy dictates how we capture, route, and protect data through our closed-loop ecosystem.

1. Data We Intercept & Process

To guarantee a closed loop, our architecture processes specific data points on behalf of our Clients:

Web-Hook Triggers: Lead names, phone numbers, and property inquiries submitted via high-intent forms on Zillow, Facebook Ads, or Client websites.
Live CRM Lookups: Caller ID routing to match incoming numbers against the Client's existing database.
Voice Transcripts: Call recordings, automated transcriptions, and summaries generated during the AI interaction.

2. How We Route Data (The Pipeline)

AsoA operates purely as an infrastructure layer. We deploy data for the following functions:

Executing the 1.5-Second Outbound Strike to qualify capital.
Powering the 24/7 Live-Memory Concierge to secure organic inbound calls.
Executing Automated CRM Upserts to cleanly paste summaries into the Client's system.
Preventing double-booking by securely cross-referencing live Google Calendars.

3. Third-Party Compute & LLM Infrastructure

Our Core Cloud Infrastructure utilizes elite third-party processing nodes, including Make.com, Vapi, OpenAI (GPT 4.1), PlayHT, and Deepgram. Data passed through these nodes is strictly for the execution of the Client's voice pipeline and is never sold to external data brokers.

4. Pipeline Security & Sovereign Architecture

Core Cloud (Architecture 1): Data is routed securely via standard API encryption.
Sovereign VPS (Architecture 2): For enterprise clients requiring military-grade privacy, AsoA deploys the OpenClaw Framework on Hostinger VPS via OpenRouter routing, hosted on dedicated Linux servers, guaranteeing zero third-party data sharing.

5. Data Ownership

The Client retains absolute ownership of all lead data, API keys, and CRM histories. AsoA does not claim ownership of the commissions, the calendar, or the contacts captured by our architecture. Upon termination of the monthly compute retainer, AsoA immediately severs API access and ceases all outbound and inbound routing.
